A Meaningful Milestone
Major Progress Thanks to a German Initiative
We are pleased to share that thanks to a dedicated fundraising initiative in Germany, a total of €500,000 has already been donated to the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. The funds support Weaver syndrome research led by Jill A. Fahrner, MD, PhD, helping to further advance the understanding of causes, disease progression, and potential therapeutic approaches. This significant contribution highlights the power of community, awareness, and solidarity when it comes to rare diseases. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this support possible.

Bracelets for a Good Cause – Each One Unique
At present, special bracelets are being sold in Hamburg, Germany, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Weaver syndrome research. Each bracelet is unique — just as every variant of Weaver syndrome is different. The bracelets feature inspiring words and short messages designed to encourage and uplift. In other words: Few words – big impact. By purchasing a bracelet, you not only support research, but also wear a visible sign of hope and unity.
